First, we make contact via our toll free number, or by email.
During the booking process, we will first determine your TLA budget.
Next, we will find you a hotel room that best suits your needs. We offer many various hotel options with various amenities and room size.
Upon your arrival on Guam, we will have your courtesy car ready and waiting for you at your hotel. You will be handed the keys upon check-in.
We extend our services upon request, to find the perfect home for you through our real estate services. We also assist you in becoming more familiar with Guam, its roads, places to visit, nearby schools, and any other places of interest to you so we can make your stay on Guam more comfortable.
All TLA clients’ lodging receipts will now be issued directly by the hotel and not from our organization.
IR Guam is fully compliant with the JFTY/JTR’s Regulations
In order to comply with the JFTY/JTR TLA Regulations, we at IR Guam have taken the following regulation into effect:
Effective November 1, 2010, in compliance to the revisions made to JFTR/JTR, a traveler may not be reimbursed for the hotel booked using online booking agents unless an itemized receipt from the hotel is provided. Lost receipt statement to substitute for an online booking hotel receipt is not accepted.
The Approving Official (AO) must determine whether or not the claimed expenses are reasonable. If an expense is 1.Inflated, or 2.Higher than normal for similar services in the locality, the expenses will be disallowed.
The only acceptable lodging receipts are those issued by the Hotel and must be itemized showing specific services rendered or articles purchased, and the unit price.
